Very disappointed in the blatant racism we experienced in this Freze N Nitro Creamery tonight. I have never felt so compelled to leave a review. We entered and there was a man standing behind the counter. He didn’t even bother to acknowledge us. He goes to the back and then a girl appears to take our order. There is another party (caucasian) who was already sitting inside when we entered. They get up to leave and he yells “bye” to them. These people are leaving out the door behind us. Still we get zero acknowledgement. The guy makes the ice cream that we ordered and yells from the other end of the counter “strawberry” still making no eye contact. My niece grabs her ice cream and make out way to the door. Still no greeting, no “goodnight”, no “thanks for coming”. The silence was so loud. I re-entered to ask if he was the owner and he said yes. I explained our perception that he didn’t acknowledge us and treated us very differently from other group that left. He threw his hands up and said he was making ice cream. To be clear, he was also “making ice cream” when he yelled “goodnight” to other group. I let him know that we wouldn’t return and he just shrugged his shoulders and said “c

Very creamy ice cream! Pretty cool to see the kids react to the nitro added to ice cream to freeze it. Nice area inside and outside to chill and enjoy ice cream with friends. I got the vanilla with sprinkles and hubby got cotton candy. Both yummy. I got the small and it was a pretty decent size for a small. Parking can be tricky based on the time you go but definitely worth the trip. It’s near the Dunkin’ Donuts in case you miss the signage. Enjoy!

My family and I decided to have a little ice cream day. We found this little gem hidden in plain site! The ice cream was amazing! The man that helped us order our ice cream was kind. I never had ice cream made in front of me before. This was a nice experience for the kids and I. I highly recommend going to this spot!

Lovely little independent ice cream place which uses liquid nitrogen to create fresh ice creams and milkshakes for you. Staff were really friendly and were willing to make recommendations. Overall a great tasting product and an interesting experience.
